³⁸ But You have ^(A)cast off and ^(B)rejected,
You have been full of wrath ^[a]against Your ^(C)anointed.
³⁹ You have ^(D)spurned the covenant of Your servant;
You have ^(E)profaned ^(F)his crown ^[b]in the dust.
⁴⁰ You have ^(G)broken down all his walls;
You have ^(H)brought his strongholds to ruin.
